Holiday Inn Express & Suites Caryville, an IHG Hotel

staff was amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping to the ladies in the breakfast area all were kind and seemed to actually enjoy their job and it showed. really appreciate pet floors being on the first floor, Breakfast area was very clean and a great variety of breakfast items to choose from. hotel smelled clean and fresh upon entering, and staying in a pet friendly room can sometimes have an odor, but our room was amazing, clean, we will be back on our next trip visit family here

The staff was attentive and amazing. The breakfast was top notch. Great selection of food and prepared well. If you left hungry it was your fault

Breakfast was great! Wide variety of choices. Extremely friendly staff in kitchen and front desk. First time I remember Desk /Registration calling my room asking "Is everything okey"
